When you purchase a wedding insurance product or service through us, your personal information may be shared with and processed by our associated companies, introducers, insurers, intermediaries, brokers and agencies for the purposes of administration, including third parties providing services to them. In these circumstances, we have strict contractual terms in place, to make sure that your information remains safe and secure.
When you purchase a policy from us we share your name and email address with Feefo, just for the purposes of requesting customer feedback on our behalf so that we can continually improve our products and services. If you provide information about anyone else, you confirm that they have agreed that you may give us their information for the reasons described in this privacy policy.
We may also provide your personal details to our regulators (e.g. the Financial Conduct Authority) or other law enforcement bodies if we are legally required to do so.
